York Racecourse

York Racecourse offers award winning modern grandstands, characterful listed buildings and manicured lawns and is regarded as one of the premier tracks in Europe having previously won the Flat Racecourse of the Year award. York is a summer course with fixtures from May through to October featuring their most famous fixture, the Welcome to Yorkshire Ebor Festival, in August each year. This four day meeting sees the running of York’s oldest, richest and fastest race, the Betfred Ebor.

Working with York Racecourse for 33 years, our permanent onsite team look after both raceday hospitality, including the many restaurants and private boxes, and all non-raceday events such as weddings, conferences and dinners. Boasting a main suite capable of holding up to 1,000 delegates with banqueting for 1,200, it has an array of additional rooms that offer flexible spaces to suit syndicate working, display stands and catering provision.

Located just 1½ miles from York city centre and railway station and set in 150 acres of scenic parkland called the Knavesmire, York is a hugely popular venue with modern facilities, first-class catering and beautiful surroundings.
